Our Returns Policy is part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
*We DO NOT offer any refunds for "change of mind". Please be aware of this before ordering from us.
Apparel & Accessories
Please read below before returning your item(s) to us.
- FitPro Collection will provide a store credit only. No refunds will be provided.
- Items must leave customers hands within 14 days of receiving the order to action an exchange.
- All returns requests are to be submitted through our support email. Once approved/rejected you will then be notified via email and provided with a return address.
- The customer is responsible for items until they reach our warehouse, please make sure your return is packed properly so it is not able to be damaged on the way.
- FitPro Collection is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
- All items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached and in the condition, it was received in. Goods are then inspected upon return, if garment or item does not meet the above criteria, we have the right to reject the request for an exchange or refund.
- We do not reimburse for return shipping.
- Items that have been discounted are not eligible for return.
- The customer is responsible to send back the garment along with the order number to the address we provide.
- Once you have received your store credit, you can then re-order the product(s) you want.
- If you paid for the delivery of the original order, the delivery cost will not be credited to you, only the cost of goods.
- We do not reimburse for late shipping. On the rare occasion, there are delays which is something that is out of our control.
